Zarban Academy is selective — not because we wish to exclude, but because we take seriously our responsibility to the students we admit.

Who Zarban Is For

Zarban Academy is for the Muslim family that refuses to compromise on either deen or dunya. For the parent who wants their child to achieve academically at the highest standard — and to be formed as a person of sound Islamic character, in the same institution, at the same time.

We are designed for students from Nursery through to Senior Secondary School. We are located in Bauchi, and we draw from across Bauchi town and, for secondary boarding arrangements, from across Bauchi State and the wider region.

Our Admissions Philosophy

We do not admit students on academic results alone. We are looking for families as much as students — families who understand the school's philosophy, who will support the school's standards at home, and who are enrolling because they believe in what we are building here, not only because of where we are located.

An enrolled family at Zarban is a partner in the formation of their child. We ask, respectfully, that parents engage with that responsibility seriously.

Admissions Process

A deliberate introduction

1

Enquiry

Contact us via the website, phone, or WhatsApp. Our Administrative Officer will respond within 24 hours. You will receive an information pack and an invitation to visit.

2

School Visit

All prospective families are invited to a guided tour of the school before they receive an application form. This visit allows you to see the school, meet the leadership team, and ask questions. It is not an assessment — it is an introduction.

3

Application

Complete the Zarban Academy application form, available online and in print. Supporting documents required: birth certificate, previous school records (for Primary and above), and a parent declaration acknowledging the school's values and expectations.

4

Conversation

A brief, informal conversation between the Admissions team and the parent (and student, for Secondary applicants). This is not an examination. It is an opportunity for us to understand you and for you to understand us.

5

Admission Decision

Families receive an admission decision within five working days of the conversation. Successful applicants receive an offer letter and a fee payment schedule.

6

Enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed upon payment of the first term's fees. Students then receive their uniform package, welcome information, and Day 1 instructions.

Fee Structure & Scholarships

Zarban Academy is positioned in the Upper-Moderate tier of the Bauchi private school market — premium in quality, accessible in fees. Our fee structure reflects the quality of teaching, the depth of the Islamic programme, and the institutional standards we maintain.

Fees to be announced. Our fee schedule for the September 2026 session is being finalised. It will be published here and communicated directly to enrolling families as soon as it is confirmed.
